no reason now
for masking any distinction between Europeans
and
Chinese in the mode of dealing
with Persons who

The present Ordinance therefore repeals Ordinance N°16 of 1870 ; and provides for the Trial by Jury of all Persons irrespective of nationality who
charged with the above
